APEC JAPAN 2010 We were in charge of the simultaneous interpreting system & audio-visual operations of the Summit meeting and ministerial meetings.

During the G8 Hokkaido Toyako Summit of 2008, 12 meetings were held and a Media Center was operated. We were in charge of the Simultaneous Interpreting System & Audio-visual Operations of not only the Summit/Media Center, but also of the 11 meetings.

We have been in charge of planning and operations for simultaneous interpreting systems at major government and private sector meetings including all the previous G7/G8 Summits held in Tokyo, Kyushu-Okinawa, and Hokkaido-Toyako in addition to Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), International Conference on the Reconstruction of Afghanistan, Nagano Winter Olympics, and the World Gas Conference.

  • We are able to provide operations that require teamwork across different specialized areas, such as simultaneous interpreting, total planning of audio-visual systems and in recent years, system operation through a digital communication network with the use of communication lines.
  • We have gained imperceptible “top-level trust” in such areas as long-term preparation, planning and cooperation for operations at the secretariat, logistics, set up and removal, and protection of confidentiality.

Hotel Division

Since 1965 the Hotel Division has pioneered the field to provide residential operations of engineer service at hotels, international conference and convention halls, and assembly halls.

As a member of each facility:

  • Operation and planning responsive to each event or meeting and planning that includes equipment rental and other procurement.
  • Operation of audio, lighting and visual facilities and equipment.
  • Technical support for the maintenance, installation and renewal of facilities and equipments.

The Systems Division endeavors to implement planning and design that are “user-friendly, trustworthy and cost effective” to the clients with the vast amount of operations technology and experiences of the Communications Division and Hotel Division at its basis.
As can be seen from past results, we are delivering and providing services to clients in various sectors, from government and public-interest corporations to international conference and conventional halls nationwide, hotels, assembly halls, industrial sector, enterprises, universities, academic research organizations.
